How long does the exchange process take?

Initiating a transaction takes no more than a couple of minutes. The actual processing takes about 10–60 minutes before you receive your coins in the selected currency. The transaction time depends on the chosen currencies and their respective blockchains.

How does the exchange process work?

  2. Step 2: Select the amount you would like to receive or send in the respective currency
  3. Step 3: Indicate your wallet address
    (important: double-check and that your wallet is for the correct cryptocurrency. Once orders are paid, they cannot be reversed)

Do you collect any personal information?

All transactions are subject to a procedure of establishing the legitimacy of a customer’s identity, also known as Customer Due Diligence (CDD). In addition to CDD, if a transaction was flagged as suspicious by our systems, we will request the client to undergo an EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence) procedure. This procedure may include, but is not limited to, source of funds validation, screening against PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) lists, sanction lists, and adverse media lists. In some cases a personal interview may be required. Kindly note, any pending orders will be fulfilled only after the successful completion of the CDD/EDD procedures.

How do I track my order?

Every order has a unique order ID, for example “OH5ZBE”. With this ID you can always track your order through located in the footer of the website. We also recommend bookmarking your order page. That way, you can always navigate to it later.

Once the crypto assets have been sent from us, your transaction will be completed; losing connection, closing the browser or navigating to another page will not impact the transaction.

I see a 15-minute timer on my order window, what happens when it runs out?

There is a 15-minute window between the moment when you initiate the order and when we detect the funds that you sent. During this time interval, we effectively freeze the price for your order.

If the timer runs out, the price expires and the order is canceled. To recalculate a new price, simply initiate a new order.

If you did send your funds, but for some reason they were not detected, contact us through the support chat and we will be more than happy to help you.

Do I need a wallet? How do I get one?

In order to use n.exchange, you need to have a wallet for your crypto. This way, you retain full control over your assets at all times. If you need assistance to download a wallet, our support team can help.
